Ministerial Information Hotel: – We request a 4- or 5-star full-service hotel for Apostle Eckhardt Transportation: – One first class ticket and one coach ticket for traveling companion (once date is finalized, we will send you his rewards number and the companion’s information) – Flight Schedule Suggestion: *Once the date has been finalized, I will give the arrival and departure information. – Ground Transportation: Please pickup Apostle in a SUV or Luxury vehicle (please make sure that our Atavia has all contact information for the person who will transport Apostle from the airport and the person who will escort him back and forth from the hotel to the venue [if the person is a different person]). – We request a 6′ or 8′ table for products. – If the service is videoed, please make sure one of our team members gets a copy of the service (we will let you know what staff member will be traveling with Apostle).
